Standard Feature
- Multi hook positioning from 950-3850mm load centres.
- Adjustable angled lift at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°.
- Supplied complete with 2 No swivel hooks.
- Maximum fork section 150x50mm at 350mm centres.
- Zinc-plated heel pin for safe attachment to the truck.

Operations
- Position the forks to the correct distance apart to locate them into fork pockets.
- Remove the heel pin(s) from the attachment.
- Drive the forks into the fork pockets.
- Insert fork pocket heel pin(s) directly behind the heel of the fork and attach the safety lynch pin into the hole provided.
- Position each swivel hook and shackle to the desired lifting point, ensuring that each shackle is adequately tightened.
- To extend or retract the extending boom, remove the beam locating pin and pull/push on the handle located on the end of the boom until the hole in the extending boom aligns with the hole in the fixed beam and replace the beam locating pin.
- The attachment is now ready for use. Remove the Height, Angular Pin and Lynch Pin.
- Lift at the end of the extension beam until the hole in the beam and the fixed frame align, then replace the height angular pin and lynchpin to retain the desired lift angle.

Maintenance
- The Height Adjustable Fork Mounted Extending Jib should be inspected weekly for the general condition with particular attention paid to A, All weld points, B, Wear and distortion of fork pockets and heel pin attachments, C, Any damaged/worn components, D, General condition of swivel hook, safety latch and shackle, E, Alignment and condition of extending boom.
- Damage or failure must be reported and rectified immediately before re-using the attachment.
- Especially in critical areas, general surface rusting should be regularly treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers, and paint.
- This product is certified for six (6) months from the date of manufacture, after which it is the customer, responsibility to have the product re-tested at an approved testing facility or inspected and logged in a register by a competent person as advised by the HSE.
Health & Safety
- The department manager or section where the attachment is to be used must ensure the operators are fully conversant with the attachment, its operation, and maintenance and that the heel pins are fitted correctly.
- Ensure the truck and attachments can handle the intended load and contents.
- Ensure the shackle pins are adequately tightened before each use.
- Ensure that the heel pin(s) are correctly inserted, retained and positioned about the fork's heel before every use.
- Do not drive into the fork pockets without removing the heel pins.
- Do not shock load the attachment under any circumstances.
- The Forklift Mast must be vertical at all times.
- The safe working load must not be exceeded at each lifting point.

Standard delivery is free on all orders to Mainland UK above £100 excluding VAT.
Next Day delivery is available on stock items only and, where available, charges for Next Day delivery are calculated at checkout. Orders for next day delivery need to be placed by 1:00pm unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control.
The company reserves the right to deliver Goods by installments, each installment being treated as a separate contract.
Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchasers premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be charged extra.
Goods are delivered by courier and a signature is required, if the courier is unable to make delivery a card will be left and the goods returned to the depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. It is your responsibility to advise of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.
From time to time our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, in these cases we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customer. We will make contact with you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs, if you do not wish to make the additional payment a full refund will be offered and your order will be cancelled.
RETURN OF GOODS
In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any product, please contact us without delay.
Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item Received
Should the goods you receive be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day), we guarantee to accept return of such goods without charge.
Once we have received the goods at our premises a replacement will be dispatched to you.
Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
The goods must be returned in a completely resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories as supplied. For furniture items that are suppied in flat pack form, we may not be able to accept return if the item has been assembled.
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. Goods will be inspected before a refund is made. If the goods suffer damage or neglect whilst in your care a claim may be made.
You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or manufactured to order as per below delivery status icons. If you are unsure please call 01302 300200.Â
For business customers returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge not exceeding 25% of the net price of the goods.
