Shipping and Returns


Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery is free on all orders to Mainland UK above £100, excluding VAT; exclusions apply to some regions of the Scottish Highland and Islands, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man; you can obtain a quotation for shipping costs in the shopping cart before going through the checkout process.

From time to time, our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands; in these cases, we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customers. We will contact you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs; if you do not wish to make the additional payment, a full refund will be offered, and your order will be cancelled.

Next Day Delivery is available on stock items only, and where available, charges for the Next Day delivery are calculated at checkout. Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 1:00 pm unless otherwise stated.

The estimated delivery dates provided are subject to possible unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, Premier Storage cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may result from a delay in delivery. It is important to note that events beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, riot, extreme weather, or strikes, may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that may result from such situations.

The company reserves the right to deliver Goods in instalments, each treated as a separate contract.

Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchaser's premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged before delivery and will be charged extra.

The courier delivers goods, and a signature is required if the courier cannot make delivery, a card will be left, and the goods will be returned to the depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day, or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. You are responsible for advising of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.

We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us either via our website or by written notice within:

  • 4 days of delivery of the Consignment in the case of damage to all or part of a Consignment or loss of part of a Consignment;
  • and in all other cases (including, but not limited to, loss of the whole of a Consignment) within 28 days from when the Consignment left with the courier.


Delivery Lead Times

Approximate delivery times are provided for all products featured on our website. This information is located using a delivery icon as seen below, as well as within the delivery information tab on each product's individual web pages.

Next Day

Next working day - Available for UK Mainland orders placed before 1 pm*. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day on the next-day delivery service.

3-5 Days

3-5 Working days - Please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days from payment clearance for delivery.

5-7 Days

5-7 Working Day - Please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

7-10 Days

7-10 Working Day - Please allow a minimum of 7-10 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

15-20 Days

15-20 Working Day - Please allow a minimum of 15-20 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

Made to Order

Made to order - Product with the made to order icon are manufactured to order and incur an extended lead time. Please note:  We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or manufactured to order as per our delivery status icon.


In the unlikely event of an unsatisfactory product, please contact us immediately.

Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item 

Should the goods you receive be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day). We guarantee to accept the return of such goods without charge.

Once we have received the goods at our premises, a replacement will be dispatched to you.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and any restocking fee the manufacturer may charge.

The goods must be returned in a completely resalable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories as supplied. For furniture items provided in flat-pack form, we may not be able to accept returns if the item has been assembled.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. Goods will be inspected before a refund is made. A claim may be made if the goods suffer damage or neglect whilst in your care.

You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.

We cannot accept returns of goods made to your specifications or manufactured to order as per the below delivery status icons. If you are unsure, please call 01302 300200.

For business customers, returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge not exceeding 25% of the net price of the goods.
