Shipping

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location. Most standard orders to Mainland UK qualify for free delivery on orders over £120 excluding VAT. Exclusions may apply to certain products and regions, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man. Where additional carriage charges apply, these will be clearly shown at checkout.

From time to time, our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands; in these cases, we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customers. We will contact you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs; if you do not wish to make the additional payment, a full refund will be offered, and your order will be cancelled.

1-2 Day Delivery is available on stock items only, and where available, charges for the 1-2 delivery are calculated at checkout. Orders for 1-2 working day delivery must be placed by 1:00 pm unless otherwise stated.

Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience that may result from such situations.

The company reserves the right to deliver goods in instalments, each treated as a separate contract.

Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchaser's premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged before delivery and will be charged extra.

Goods are delivered by courier and may require a signature upon delivery. If the courier is unable to complete delivery, a card may be left and the goods returned to the local depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day, or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. You are responsible for advising of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.

We reserve the right to pass any re-delivery costs on to our customers in the unfortunate event that a delivery fails.

We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us either via our website or by written notice within:

  • 4 days of delivery of the Consignment in the case of damage to all or part of a Consignment or loss of part of a Consignment;
  • and in all other cases (including, but not limited to, loss of the whole of a Consignment) within 28 days from when the Consignment left with the courier.

Please note: We do not currently ship overseas.


Delivery Lead Times

Approximate delivery times are provided for all products featured on our website. This information is located using a delivery icon as seen below, as well as within the delivery information tab on each product's individual web pages.

Next Day

1-2 working day – Available for UK Mainland orders placed before 1 pm*. Orders placed after 1 pm will be dispatched the following working day on the 1-2 day delivery service.

3-5 Days

3-5 working days – Please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days from payment clearance for delivery.

5-7 Days

5-7 working days – Please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

7-10 Days

7-10 working days – Please allow a minimum of 7-10 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

15-20 Days

15-20 working days – Please allow a minimum of 15-20 working days from clearance of payment for delivery.

Made to Order

Made to order – Products with the made to order icon are manufactured to order and incur an extended lead time. Please note: We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or manufactured to order as per our delivery status icon.


Returns

In the unlikely event of an unsatisfactory product, please contact us immediately.

Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item 

Should the goods you receive be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day). We guarantee to accept the return of such goods without charge.

Once we have received the goods at our premises, a replacement will be dispatched to you.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and any restocking fee the manufacturer may charge.

The goods must be returned in a completely resalable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories as supplied. For furniture items provided in flat-pack form, we may not be able to accept returns if the item has been assembled.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. Goods will be inspected before a refund is made. A claim may be made if the goods suffer damage or neglect whilst in your care.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application prior to ordering.

We cannot accept returns of goods made to your specifications or manufactured to order as indicated by the delivery status icons. If you are unsure, please call 01302 300200.


For business customers, returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge not exceeding 30% of the net price of the goods.
