How Premier Rewards works
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on eligible orders (based on the order subtotal excluding VAT and delivery).
You’ll need a Premier Storage account and must be signed in at checkout to earn and redeem points.
Create or log in to your account
Create a Premier Storage account or log in before you shop. You’ll earn points on qualifying orders placed while signed in, and you’ll receive a 500-point welcome bonus after your first qualifying order.
Earn points on every qualifying purchase
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on eligible products (based on your order subtotal excluding VAT and delivery). Your points balance and recent activity appear in My Account once your order has been processed.
Choose how to spend your points
Use your points for money off your order at checkout, or redeem them for Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers in £10 increments (up to £50 per order).

Points are awarded as whole numbers. If an earning calculation results in a fraction, it will be rounded down to the nearest whole point.

What is Premier Rewards?
Premier Rewards is our loyalty scheme for Premier Storage customers. You earn points on qualifying orders placed while signed into your account, then redeem those points for money off future orders or for Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers.
How do I join Premier Rewards?
Simply create a Premier Storage online account or sign in if you already have one. There is no separate sign-up process – as soon as you start placing qualifying orders while signed in, you’ll begin earning loyalty points.
Do I get a sign-up bonus?
Yes. New Premier Storage accounts receive a 500-point welcome bonus after their first qualifying order has been processed. The welcome bonus can then be used alongside points you earn on future orders.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn loyalty points on eligible products when you place an order while signed into your account. Points are calculated on your order subtotal, excluding VAT, delivery charges and any non-qualifying items, and are added to your account once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Do I need to be signed in to collect points?
Yes. You must be logged into your Premier Storage account at the time of ordering to earn loyalty points. Orders placed as a guest, or under a different email address, will not be linked to your points balance.
How can I check my points balance?
You can view your current points balance and recent activity by signing into your account and visiting the My Account area. We also highlight your points on our Premier Rewards page and during checkout where applicable.
How do I redeem points for a Love2shop e-Gift Voucher?
To redeem points for a Love2shop e-Gift Voucher:
- Add your usual items to the basket and make sure you are signed into your account.
- On the basket page, add the £10, £25 or £50 Love2shop e-Gift Voucher product to your basket.
- Continue to checkout. On the Review & Pay step, choose Loyalty Points and enter the matching £ amount (for example £10, £25 or £50) and click Apply.
- Your chosen voucher will then be paid for using loyalty points and will show as free at checkout.
The voucher is then processed as an e-Gift and sent to the email address you have provided.
Redeem your points for Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers
Redeem your loyalty points for £10 or £50 Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers. At checkout, select Loyalty Points and apply the amount that matches your voucher choice. Your voucher will then become free.
