TRAFFIC-LINE Hi-Vis Chain Posts - Fillable Base (179.1)

TRAFFIC-LINE Hi-Vis Chain Posts
TRAFFIC-LINE Hi-Vis Chain Posts provide a highly visible and adaptable barrier system for separating pedestrians from vehicles, machinery, work areas and restricted zones.
The system can be deployed quickly for temporary segregation or secured permanently where a fixed barrier is required. It is suitable for warehouses, industrial premises, car parks, loading areas, production facilities and outdoor environments.
Flexible Temporary or Permanent Segregation
Each post is manufactured from powder-coated aluminium, creating a durable yet lightweight barrier that can be moved and repositioned easily.
The moulded base can be filled with water or sand to increase stability during temporary use. Alternatively, four fixing points allow the base to be secured directly to the floor for a permanent installation. Suitable floor fixing bolts are supplied separately.
Patented Rotating Head Design
The patented rotating post head makes attaching and removing the barrier chain quick and straightforward. The chain can be connected from multiple directions, allowing the posts to be used for straight runs, corners and enclosed areas.
The head can also be secured to help prevent unauthorised removal of the chain, making the system suitable for areas where access control needs to be maintained.
High-Visibility Design
The contrasting yellow and black colour scheme makes the barrier easy to identify in busy industrial and commercial environments. Reflectors incorporated into the moulded base provide additional visibility in poorly lit areas.
The bright finish helps draw attention to walkways, hazards, parking restrictions and temporary exclusion zones.

A Practical Chain Barrier System
TRAFFIC-LINE Hi-Vis Chain Posts are ideal for organisations that require a barrier system that can adapt as operational requirements change. The lightweight posts can be deployed rapidly, while the fillable bases provide additional stability without making the system difficult to transport.
For longer-term applications, the four-point base fixing provides a secure permanent installation. Combined with compatible yellow and black chain, the system creates a clear visual boundary for safer traffic management and access control.
