TRAFFIC-LINE Aluminium Edge Protector (422.17.83)
The TRAFFIC-LINE Edge Protector provides durable protection for vulnerable corners and edges on columns, platforms, shelving, machinery and building structures. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 3mm aluminium, its right-angle profile helps reduce impact damage caused by trolleys and other light transport equipment. Pre-drilled, countersunk fixing holes allow quick installation without protruding screw heads. Available in 1000mm and 1500mm lengths, with a plain grey, high-visibility yellow or grey finish with red reflective bands.

TRAFFIC-LINE Aluminium Edge Protector
The TRAFFIC-LINE Edge Protector provides robust protection for vulnerable corners and edges in warehouses, production facilities, workshops and loading areas.
Its sturdy right-angle aluminium profile helps prevent impact damage caused by trolleys, handling equipment and other light workplace traffic. It is suitable for protecting columns, platforms, ramps, shelving, machinery and exposed building edges.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminium, the protector can be installed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Protection for Vulnerable Building Edges
Repeated impacts can damage concrete corners and structural edges. In more severe cases, this may expose reinforcement, weaken the surrounding material and lead to costly repairs or operational disruption.
The TRAFFIC-LINE Edge Protector creates a durable physical barrier around the exposed edge. Its rigid 90-degree profile helps shield the underlying surface from everyday knocks and collisions.
Durable Aluminium Construction
The protector is manufactured from 3mm-thick aluminium, providing a strong yet lightweight solution for commercial and industrial environments.
Its corrosion-resistant construction makes it suitable for demanding internal areas and external locations exposed to changing environmental conditions.
Quick and Secure Installation
Pre-drilled countersunk fixing holes allow the protector to be installed quickly. The countersunk design enables compatible screw heads to sit flush with the aluminium surface, helping prevent protruding fixings.
The fixing holes are offset vertically to provide secure anchoring along both sides of the right-angle profile.
Choice of High-Visibility Finishes
The TRAFFIC-LINE Edge Protector is available in several finish options to suit different workplace requirements.
The yellow version provides a strong visual warning in busy traffic areas. Plain grey aluminium offers a more discreet appearance, while versions with red reflective bands improve visibility in poorly lit locations.
