The Unimat Workplace Mat is a heavy-duty anti-fatigue drainage solution designed for wet areas in both hospitality and industrial environments. As one of the most popular and versatile anti fatigue drainage mats, Unimat Workplace Mat is widely used in bars, event catering environments and serving areas, while also performing reliably in industrial settings due to its good wear rating and resistance to water and mild acids.
Manufactured from a rubber mix containing more than 75% recycled material, the Unimat Workplace Mat offers durability and sustainability in one practical solution. The raised anti-slip textured surface, combined with open drainage holes, ensures liquids and debris do not sit on the mat surface. This makes it an essential asset in helping to prevent slips in wet or oily areas while improving standing comfort.
With a product height of 10 mm, the mat provides fatigue relief from hard flooring while maintaining stability underfoot. It performs across a wide temperature range, from -20°C to +130°C, and is suitable for wet and dry indoor environments. The mat is slip tested to DIN 51130 – R10, confirming its slip-resistant performance.
Unimat Workplace Mat is impact resistant up to 3 kg/cm², with a tensile strength of 3 to 3.5 MPa, ensuring durability in demanding applications. It is resistant to water and most mild acids, making it suitable for general industrial use.
Installation is simple using a loose lay method, and the mat can be easily rolled up and relocated as required. Cleaning is straightforward and can be carried out by hosing down or pressure washing with a mild detergent.
Typical applications include general industrial environments, as well as hospitality settings where drainage, slip resistance and fatigue relief are essential. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery location.
Most standard Mainland UK orders over £120 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery. Some exclusions apply, including certain oversized, heavy, made-to-order, or specialist delivery items.
Additional delivery charges may apply to some regions, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
1-2 Day delivery is available on stock items only and, where available, charges for 1-2 Day delivery are calculated at checkout. Orders for 1-2 delivery need to be placed by 1:00pm unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control.
The company reserves the right to deliver goods in instalments, each installment being treated as a separate contract.
Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchaser’s premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be charged extra.
Goods are delivered by courier and may require a signature upon delivery. If the courier is unable to complete delivery, a card may be left and the goods returned to the local depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. It is your responsibility to advise of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.
From time to time our shipping providers make an additional charge for delivery to some areas, for example Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, in these cases we reserve the right to pass that additional cost on to our customer. We will make contact with you to obtain further payment to cover additional shipping costs, if you do not wish to make the additional payment a full refund will be offered and your order will be cancelled.
RETURN OF GOODS
In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any product, please contact us without delay.
Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item Received
Should the goods you receive be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong product you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt (or the next working day), we guarantee to accept return of such goods without charge.
Once we have received the goods at our premises a replacement will be dispatched to you.
Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
The goods must be returned in a completely resalable condition, in the original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories as supplied. For furniture items that are supplied in flat pack form, we may not be able to accept return if the item has been assembled.
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods. Goods will be inspected before a refund is made. If the goods suffer damage or neglect whilst in your care a claim may be made.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application prior to ordering.
We cannot accept returns of goods that have been made to your particular specifications or manufactured to order as indicated by the delivery status icons. If you are unsure please call 01302 300200.
For business customers returns may be subject to a handling/restocking charge not exceeding 30% of the net price of the goods.
