DeckStep Industrial Matting Ribbed Vinyl Flooring
The DeckStep Industrial Matting is a multi-purpose ribbed vinyl matting solution designed for industrial environments where comfort and slip resistance are essential. Manufactured from PVC, this flexible and lightweight matting raises workers off the ground in a similar way to traditional duckboard systems, helping to reduce direct contact with spilt liquids.
By lifting feet above surface moisture, DeckStep Industrial Matting reduces the risk of slips while providing a more comfortable standing surface than hard concrete floors. The cross ribbed lattice surface enhances grip underfoot, and the welded strip construction provides added strength and durability.
With a product height of 11.5 mm ±0.5 mm and a product weight of 7.5 kg per m², the matting is robust yet easy to handle. It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +60°C and is resistant to acid and alkali. DeckStep Industrial Matting is suitable for wet and dry indoor environments and is slip tested to DIN 51130 – R10.
Installation is via a loose lay method, allowing the mat to be easily positioned, removed or repositioned as required. Cleaning is straightforward and can be carried out using hot soapy water or a pressure washer.
Typical applications include general industrial settings, production lines, assembly areas, packing stations and workbenches. DeckStep Industrial Matting provides a practical and durable flooring solution for workplaces where slip prevention and improved standing comfort are priorities.
