Premier Rewards: Earn as You Shop
Exciting news! Every order you place with Premier Storage can now work a little harder for you and your business.
Premier Rewards, our brand-new loyalty scheme, is designed to help customers earn points on qualifying purchases simply by signing in (or creating an account) before they order. There’s no separate sign-up process and no complicated steps. If you’re logged into your Premier Storage account, you’re already earning.
What Is Premier Rewards?
Premier Rewards is our loyalty programme for Premier Storage customers.
When you’re signed into your account and place a qualifying order, you’ll earn loyalty points based on your order value (excluding VAT and delivery). These points can then be redeemed at checkout for money off your order or exchanged for Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers.
It’s a straightforward way to get more value from the purchases you already make.
Create or Log In to Your Account
To earn Premier Rewards points, you’ll need a Premier Storage online account and must be signed in before you shop.
If you’re a new customer, you can create a Premier Storage account here. New customers will also receive a 500-point welcome bonus after their first qualifying order has been processed.
Earn Points on Qualifying Purchases
For every qualifying purchase, you’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible products, based on your order subtotal excluding VAT and delivery.
Once your order has been processed, your points balance and recent activity will appear in the My Account area.
Choose How to Spend Your Points
Your loyalty points can be used in two ways:
- Redeem points for money off your order at checkout
- Redeem points for Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers in £10 increments, up to £50 per order
Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for over 50 leading brands, giving you flexibility in how you use your rewards.
Premier Rewards Tiers
As you spend more, your tier status increases, allowing you to earn points faster.
Bronze
- Free to join
- 1 point per £1 spent
Silver
- Qualify after £500 total spend
- 1.25 points per £1 spent
Gold
- Qualify after £1,200 total spend
- 1.5 points per £1 spent
Points are awarded as whole numbers. If a calculation results in a fraction, it will be rounded down to the nearest whole point.
No Separate Sign-Up Required
One of the key benefits of Premier Rewards is how easy it is to use.
There’s no additional registration or forms to complete. As long as you’re logged into your Premier Storage account when placing your order, qualifying purchases will automatically earn points.
Redeeming Love2shop e-Gift Vouchers
If you choose to redeem your points for a Love2shop e-Gift Voucher, the process is simple:
- Add your usual items to the basket and ensure you’re signed in
- Add a £10, £25 or £50 Love2shop e-Gift Voucher to your basket
- At checkout, select Loyalty Points and apply the matching value
- Your voucher will be paid for using loyalty points and sent to your email as an e-Gift
