Once you have placed your order, we will deliver and fit within 10-15 working days. We guarantee you the install will be stress-free by implementing the following practices: 1. All drivers will be equipped with hand sanitisers, face masks and disinfectant wipes, which will be used prior to delivering all goods. All delivery staff will maintain a safe distance of more than one meter from your staff or clients whilst delivering. 2. Once you are happy, all packaging is disposed of correctly and recycled where possible 3. A member of our experienced D&I team will then offer you a complimentary product demonstration, to ensure you are confident and happy with your new products. It’s better for everyone when things go smoothly. Please ensure that: • You have considered the 3 Ps: the POSTCODE of the delivery and install location, what PRODUCTS it is that you require any PROBLEMS we may run into with the install (for example, no lift or restricted access) • You carefully consider any special security requirements • You provide on-site contact details, as you will receive a delivery date and time slot via text or email. Our D&I service allows you to sit back and relax, while we efficiently deliver and install your furniture - you are the centre of this process. We offer a two-man delivery, to the room the products are being used. We take out all the heavy lifting and transporting of goods, leaving everything exactly how you want it.
