Working in a busy office environment the successful candidate will be working within the Sales Team. The duties and responsibilities involved in this role include:
• Entering and maintaining customer data on the CRM database.
• Making outbound sales calls, in accordance with set targets.
• Responding to incoming calls and enquiries by telephone and e-mail in a helpful, timely and professional manner.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers.
• Sending out mailshots via e-mail.

Our Apprenticeship service offers several different sector-specific work based learning qualifications. Through a winning combination of work based training and one-to-one guidance from our team of highly skilled Assessors, you will be fully supported throughout completion of your qualification, whilst benefiting from real life work experience. Whilst on an Apprenticeship you will be paid a minimum allowance of £2.68 per hour. Skills Required
We are seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate the following skills:
• You must be confident and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently without the need for close supervision.
• You need to be organised and have attention to detail at all times.
• Communication skills are vital for this role; successful applicants will be polite, friendly and well-spoken with a clear and professional telephone manner and must be confident to build successful working relationships with customers.
• You must have a methodical approach to tasks and be able to work in a close team environment.
Qualifications Required
Min grades C or equivalent  in Maths and English
Personal Qualities
You must be self-driven and have an enthusiastic approach to your work with a desire to succeed in sales.
A helpful and friendly approach is essential.
A willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ and work within a team.
You must be able to work independently as well as being part of a team.
Important Other Information   
* Please note the weekly salary is £120 plus a comission scheme*

The rate is a minimum of £2.68 per hour.
This NMW applies to time working plus time spent training as this is also part of the Apprenticeship. Anyone not covered by the age category above will be entitled to the NMW appropriate to their age.

Possibility of securing a permanent job within the company on completion of the Apprenticeship scheme

All applicants should consider the location of the job and look into whether it is within suitable travelling distance to them.Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by Government. Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is part funded, with employers expected to make a part or full contribution.
