Level belt conveyors

We offer a range of powered belt conveyors which are designed to improve control of loads and increase operational speed capacity. They are particularly useful in production lines to increase the flow of products, for the movement of fragile loads or where differing ranges of load weights and sizes are involved.

Power Roller Conveyors

This range of conveyor is designed for the use of transporting flat based loads horizontally. They are also of particular use where it is necessary to slide loads on or off the conveyor at a transfer position or picking face. The rollers are driven either by the frictional force of a full length transmission belt passing beneath them or by chains driving sprockets positioned at the end of each roller. By using these methods, loadings of 240kg per meter are possible.

At Premier Storage we have a vast range of accessories available to complete your conveyor system. From ball tables and side / end stops to personnel gates- either manual or gas sprung - and mergaflow units.

Gravity Roller Conveyors

Where the movement of the load is controlled manually a Gravity Roller conveyor can be installed. A slight decline is created by adjusting the height of the stand; this then allows loads to be moved using the force of gravity. Integrated systems can also be installed utilizing both the roller conveyor and the powered conveyor. These systems are best suited for the movement of flat based goods or those transported in containers with flat bases. Loads of up to 110kgs per meter can be supported.
